To make it easier to switch from less healthy to healthy habits, it is necessary that we are keep on doing them on a daily base and at the same time for at least 21 days. It takes this time, with individual differences of course, the brain needs to build neural connections, so it gets integrated in our body and mind. This requires inner strength and willpower, which you get, if you set an intention to achieve absolute Happiness and Health with these healthy habits.
Healthy Habits: Just Rest and Relax
Stress is the main cause of weakness and illness. What most doctors don’t say: rest is the best medicine. Through simple healthy habits such as resting and relaxing, the body finally has the chance to activate the body’s self-healing powers and energy reserves. Sit or simply lie down on the coach or in the fresh air and close your eyes. Just take a few deep breaths and enjoy the silence for a some minutes, half an hour or an hour. If that’s too boring for you, listen to relaxing music or an entertaining, quiet, podcast.

It’s one of the most effective healthy habits: sun bathing. It is the best way to keep or restore our health, despite warnings of many doctors. Sun energy is our main life energy, which activates our self healing power by creating electricity in our cells. This allows full regeneration and metabolism.The sun rays also activate Vitamin D3 which is needed for over thousands enzymes to work. The sunlight also induces the production of happy hormones in the pineal gland. Just in case you supper from hyperpigmentation on your skin, reduce stress and acidic food.
Healthy Habits: Take a Sunbath whenever Possible
Our body needs sun. It illuminates our cells and the DNA in the nucleus. This way it stimulates repair mechanism. Under certain circumstances, gene sections are activated, which are usually dormant. But don’t expose yourself to the hot sun in summer. Mornings and evenings are the best times to soak solar energy. If you live in cold regions with less sun, take every opportunity to enjoy a sunbath. To get the maximum sun rays in wintertime, sit at the open window indoor with the sun shining on your face.

If you are exhausted, feel weak and/or can’t sleep, most probably stress is the main reason. Go into Slowmode and prevent an acute Burnout. That is better than medicine. Slow down in your motions, move slow, rest with closed eyes and sleep a lot. Don’t run and don’t act hectic. Take your time for each action. Only if you give your body enough time to rest and heal, you will gain your energy and strength soon.
