To create NEW EARTH, a place where is love, peace and harmony, health and wealth for everyone, we need to think and live in a holistic way. This starts with each one of us. Here you get the right information and orientation, what HOLISTIC LIVING is about. The term „Holistic“ describes, that we are energetically connected with all beings in the universe, with earth, the planets, the stars and the sun. We are all elements of the „One“, a creation of whole. What effects one, effects all others. 

HOLISTIC THINKING is characterized by living in the awareness of this wholeness and taking into account, which consequences our  actions have on others and our environment. Ideally we live in alignment with our personal needs and those of other beings and the planet. For NEW EARTH we need to think and act in a holistic way. 

Holistic living: based on unconditional love 

The concept of HOLISTIC LIVING is found in all major wisdom traditions like the VEDAS, Yoga, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Sufism and the original Christian and Jewish teachings. In all these traditions, unconditional LOVE is the fundament for real joy and fulfilment. It is the energy with the highest vibration in the universe and has the strongest transforming power to turn negativity into positivity and bring our dreams and wishes into reality. To establish and experience an ideal world, we need to focus on love in every aspect of our life.

HOLISTIC LIVING is about expressing love in every moment. This starts with loving ourselves in the first place, eating well and take good care for our health. We always help others and having loving relationships with our partners, family, friends, colleagues, children, pets and animals, plants and nature and Mother Earth. Our work and activities are meaningful and support what is beneficial for all of us. What we are using or buying doesn’t harm any being. We are always mindful and aim to reach higher states of consciousness.

Holistic Living is about creating Love energy

According to the universal laws, everything is energy. Even our thoughts, feelings, words and actions are energies and create our reality. To create „Paradise on Earth“ we need to be mindful and feel, think, speak and act in love, peace and harmony. We have to focus on aspects of love like gratitude and appreciation, happiness, joy, optimism, trust and unity, absolute health, abundance and wealth. We need to think and act always in a non-violent way to generate love energy. We engage in activities, where we show love for children, animals and nature. This way we create love energy to build our NEW EARTH

Holistic living for Highest consciousness 

HOLISTIC LIVING  is aimed to achieve the highest state of consciousness. This requires a conscious reprogramming of our ways of thinking and behaving as well as our habits. This means, taking time and giving space for inner growth and spiritual evolution towards unconditional love.

There are various spiritual practices from different wisdom traditions that take us to higher states of consciousness and to unconditional love. By Meditation, chanting of Mantras, intense praying or performing fire ceremonies, we connect with our highest energy source. This allows us to work with the most powerful energies, including the love energy, which transforms negative energies into powerful positive and creative energy for NEW EARTH.

Holistic living is an individual matter

There is not just one form of HOLISTIC LIVING. It is an individual matter, because each of us is unique. It starts with individual physical differences, such as our constitution and health status, which result from genes, our lifestyle and our diet. We have different ways of thinking, abilities, habits and potential, which are also shaped by our genes, education and experiences. Each of us lives under different circumstances and has his own destiny and mission in life.

HOLISTIC LIVING is about an individually optimized daily routine, with an personally ideal diet, health care, training, professional orientation, relationships and activities, which are energizing and allow us to grow and develop our potentials. From a holistic perspective, our way of living, should always be in harmony with the needs of our environment and other living beings.

Whatever you do, do it out of love and in a non-violent way. Take care for your health, eat and act according to the needs of your body, mind and soul. Work and follow activities, which are meaningful and serve others on a personal or global level. Use and buy only goods, which are produced in an ethical way with fair trading and without harming other beings. Have strong and love based relationships with people, who are like-minded and have high ethics. Even travel with purpose. Take your time and give space for spiritual practices in your daily life to uplift your consciousness and immerse into unconditional love.

Holistic Living with Holistic Nutrition

HOLISTIC NUTRITION  is about nourishing your body, mind and soul with high-quality food and good energies, which keeps you happy and healthy. Your diet should be plant based, with fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, grains and vegetables, which grows on nutrient-rich soil, surrounded by clean air and water and grown in the sun. Get your food from natural sources and prepare your meals with lots of love. 

Keep your body and mind as pure as possible. Only eat natural and unprocessed food, which your body can digest. Always eat according to your digestive power. From an ethical perspective, animal products such as eggs, milk and meat, should be reserved for those, who need it because of medical reasons. 

If you really need to eat meat, at least make sure, that it comes from animals, who had a good life and died naturally. Later in our evolution, we will be able to live  on  love and light, the life energy, which we also call Prana, Ki or Chi. Eating will not be necessary and is only for our pleasure.

Holistic Living is about staying Absolutely Healthy

Maintain your good health and energy or regain it. Everything you do, your nutrition, your job, the place you live and the people surrounding you, should have a positive effect on your health and even uplift your energy. Treat your health imbalances primarily with natural remedies like herbs and spices or other substances from nature, eat healing dishes or walk in fresh air regularly. 

Holistic Health Systems such as Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine or European Naturopathy consider body, mind and soul to be a whole. Therefore in Holistic Therapy of diseases, all three levels are treated. The therapy is always focused on the root cause. Besides stress, sorrows, fears or destructive negative thinking, in combination with a poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle, the root cause behind a disease is always an imbalance on soul level. 

There are many unsolved traumas from early childhood, past lives or inherited from our ancestors, who passed their negative experiences and emotions, like pain, to the next generations, until they get dissolved. Therefore in Holistic Medicine Systems, the healing of the soul has top priority. 

In Holistic Medicine the focus is on activating our self-healing power, because our body has a powerful intelligence, to overcome any diseases on its own. Treat yourself with herbs, minerals, foods, exercises and activities, which are supporting your self-healing. There are various and very effective methods, such as Chakra Meditation. 

In this Meditation, we specifically direct our self-healing powers with Prana, the life energy, to sick or weak tissues and strengthen the body’s energy. This also applies to Reiki, the Japanese variant, and other methods of energy work. Positive affirmations are also very helpful. The energetic exercises of Yoga, with very intense physical and breathing exercises, also called Pranayama, are among the most effective measures, to prevent and treat illnesses.

From a holistic perspective, parenting and teaching should always be based on love, especially when it comes to children. Essentially, unconditional love is part of a child’s nature, which he/she should preserve and strengthen throughout his/her life. Therefore, parents and teachers need have lots of love and patience and only treat other people and children lovingly. 

In the ideal holistical oriented school, a child is given time and space to discover and develop his/her abilities, talents and potential. Classes should address all aspects of Holistic Living, such as quality nutrition, optimal physical activity, health care and prevention of diseases as well as meaningful activities, adapted to a child’s personal needs and circumstances. 

Children should also receive universal knowledge and learn the universal laws in school. In addition, they should learn physical and mental techniques from an early age, such as mindfulness and Meditation, which improve concentration and memory and increase awareness. These children will be able to develop ingenious solutions or new technologies, which will take humanity to the next level.

Holistic Care of Animals and Pets

HOLISTIC LIVING includes a loving relationship with animals, especially pets. From a spiritual perspective, horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and many other animals are highly evolved beings, who have so-called soul contracts with selected human beings, which they met in previous lives. They chose to give them emotional support and unconditional love, while they learn all about being a human.

At present, many predators becoming pets as well, such as foxes, lions, tigers, hyenas, giant lizards and crocodiles, because of the human experience. HOLISTIC LIVING is about living together with animals side by side as friends in peace and harmony. First and foremost, we respect animals as souls, equal to human beings, and give them full respect and freedom, to lead a fulfilling life. Where there is love, there are also loving animals.

Holistic Living includes Nature Care and Protection

A HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE is based on restoring and protecting the nature and our earth. This means conscious consumption of items for daily life, like food, clothing, furniture, toys, technical devices or vehicles and other things, which has to be manufactured in an ecofriendly sustainable way and without harming any being. Instead of buying new things, we use what we have or exchange it for something, we really need. Currently a completely new industry developed, which recycles old or damaged objects or converts waste such as microplastics into everyday goods.

HOLISTIC LIVINGis also about engaging in projects which help saving people, animals and plants and are renaturalizing our earth. There are various programs for reforestation, cleaning of oceans and rivers, organic farming and natural urban planning, recultivation of plants or breeding of certain animals species like bees or birds, which are almost extinct, but very important for our ecosystems. 

Holistic Living with Mindful Traveling

Meaningful traveling is the holistic way of going to different places. Ideally a trip serves a specific purpose. This could be an exchange of knowledge, learning of special skills, getting inspiration, having spiritual experiences or simply relax and restore one’s health. In Holistic Tourism neither the nature, the animals, the people and the culture at the destination is harmed. Accommodation are mainly in host families to learn more about people and culture. 

Right now Co-living Communities are coming up, which are hosting like-minded people from all over the world with special training and interests. For traveling we use vehicles such as cars, trains and buses, that run really ecofriendly natural energy sources. For short distances, cycling or hiking in nature is always the best way to get around. Give your holidays a good purpose, which is aligned to your interests and your destiny. Spend your free time by learning something or just relax and restore your health in nature.
