Holistic Nature Care for the Highest Good of all Beings

Here we show you, what Holistic Nature Care is about and how systems and society have to change to maintain and restore nature.

Holistic Nature Care - how we protect nature in daily life

There are many things we can do for our nature in daily life. We can’t wait for our governments to pass the right laws to address environmental issues and protection. We must act now. A major part in HOLISTIC LIVING is to protect our nature, but without harming any beings.

Holistic Nature Care concerns each of us and starts in daily life with small things. This includes to change our consumption, by avoiding what destroys nature and supporting, what restores and preserves nature, including animals, plants and landscapes. To do this, we need more knowledge and, above all, common action to save our planet.

Holistic Nature Care - bringing nature and earth back into balance

According to Holistic Wisdom Traditions, such as the original teachings of the Vedas and Buddhism, the Bible or the wisdom of indigenous peoples, we are only in balance when nature is in balance. If we directly or indirectly cause an imbalance in nature, it affects us personally. This is because we are energetically connected to each other and to all beings, including plants, animals and Mother Earth.

Many wisdom traditions see the Earth as the center for many different species and races from other galaxies and planets. Honestly, if you look closely at moss, ferns, orchids, chameleons or cats, you can see, that they are actually aliens, that live here with us. We must protect diversity on our planet. Holistic Nature Care is about bringing nature and the earth back into balance.

Proper Education in Holistic Nature Care in preschools, schools and holistic universities

To successfully restore and protect nature, we need more knowledge about nature itself, natural laws and universal laws. We also need to be better informed about the consequences our actions have on nature and which realistic alternatives we have regarding our consumption. The lessons should also include presentations of great projects which already exist around the world. This may inspire us, to start our own projects or to connect with others.

This knowledge should be taught in early childhood and should be part of standard teaching in preschools, schools and universities. For city children, we can bring nature into the classroom or create classrooms in nature. Lessons can take place in the forest or on a meadow, in the school garden or a greenhouse. There are no limits to our creativity to bring our children back into touch with nature.

At the same time, teachers and parents also need to be trained in Holistic Nature Care, for example in Holistic Universities. Everything that belongs to a holistic way of life and, of course, Nature Care is taught there. Proper Education in Holistic Nature Care in preschools, schools and holistic universities is what we need now and urgently order as a global campaign to save and protect our nature and our planet.

Learn in and from Nature

Clean Shopping: Only buy products with an ethical background

You can protect nature with small changes in your habits. Do not support institutions and companies that systematically destroy nature and/or cause suffering to people, animals and plants. Always check the background of a product, the way it is manufactured, the origin of the ingredients, distribution and subsequent disposal. Practice clean shopping and, if possible, only buy items that are natural, sustainable and do not harm any living being. If something like this doesn’t exist, simply look for the best alternative or leave it.

The Internet offers a lot of background information on how a product is manufactured. We can use this information, but what matters is whether the source of the information has an ethical background as well or simply devaluates a good product for self-interest. In the end, each of us has to follow our own intuition and find out,  what is good and ethical and what is harmful. Regular deep Meditation helps to make the right decisions. You will develop really good intuition and mindfulness.

Clean Shopping: Avoid packaging and microplastics

We need to reduce and recycle waste and microplastics as well. The most important step is to consume as many natural products as possible that are unpackaged, such as those on markets or in stores that are specialize in “No waste”. If this is not possible, you should leave the packaging behind in the store to make a statement.

Over time, shop owners are forced to offer goods without packaging, otherwise they need pay too much to dispose of all the rubbish. Holistic Nature Care always starts on a small scale. Practice Clean Shopping: Avoid packaging and microplastics. Support PROJECTS FOR NATURE PROTECTION .

Clean Shopping: Buy only as much as you need

Think twice before buying anything, no matter what it is: from clothing, home goods, decorative items, beauty and health products, tech devices, furniture, office equipment and even food. Ask yourself whether you really need this product or you can lend or buy it from someone else.

When it comes to fashion, toys, decorative items or furniture, we could also be much more creative. Instead of buying new things, we can repair or rework things of good quality, either by ourselves or with the help of good craftsmen. Practicing Clean Shopping: Only buy as much as you need and try to get recycelt Products made from Waste, like sneakers from plastic bottles.

Clean Shopping: Only buy what is really healthy for you

There are too many products such as cosmetics, foods or nutritional supplements, that promise health, rejuvenation and healing. If you take a closer look at the contents, many of these products contain synthetic substances, which are really harmful to our health. It’s best to only use natural products and/or to create something yourself, that has no harmful additives or preservatives. Practice Clean Shopping: Only buy what is organic and really healthy for you.

Clean shopping: Only eat what is really healthy for you

Changing our diet to natural and plant-based organic foods is an important step towards true Nature Care. Ideally, vegetables, fruits, legumes, rice and grains, herbs, spices and vegetable oils come from the local area. But there are exceptions. Countries and regions with little vegetation, due to cold and/ or lack of sun, water and fertile soil, still need to be supplied with good food from other places.

Holistic Nature Care also means cultivating crops naturally, with natural pesticides and intelligent crop rotation, so that the soil can continually recover. Plants are also living and loving beings. If we use them for our nutrition, we should treat them with love and gratitude and cultivate them lovingly as well. This way it takes more time for plants to grow.

In biological agriculture, the yields are not as high as with conventional methods. Therefore, we should generally eat less in order to maintain a high standard of quality for our food. Anyway, most of us eat more than is good for us – even if it’s organic. Only eat what is really healthy for you and what you really need.

Animal protection is part of Holistic Nature Care

For the well-being of animals, we all should avoid, or at least reduce, animal products. It would be best, if everyone become vegetarian or vegan. This also applies to everyday products of animal origin such as leather goods, which can be easily replaced by plant-based raw materials nowadays.

As the human population grows, we also need solutions to help our animals live more naturally. This means planning and building cities and towns in such a way, that animals, pets and livestock have sufficient freedom of movement in nature, as is still the case today in small villages in undeveloped areas. Animal protection is part of Holistic Nature Care.

The goal is also to live side by side with wild animals in peace and harmony. We can educate them to be non-violent and even feed them vegan if they allow it. There are many examples today of wild animals such as foxes, lions and even large lizards, adjusting to live with humans. To better protect and integrate animals, we should also learn to communicate with them. To do this, we need to understand their language, which will certainly be easier with artificial intelligence in future.

Holistic Nutrition with algae

True Nature Care also means to produce food in a way, that nature will not be exploited any more. Same time we have to supply many souls on earth. The solution is to switch our nutrition to a food item, which contains all nutrients and minerals we need and which is easy to cultivate is a sustainable way. The best option is a nutrition based on ALGAE. There are many variants, which are growing in both, salt and sweet water, with different properties and ingredients. Algae can be cultivated on a large scale. For this we could cultivate them in costal regions worldwide.

More nature in cities and residential areas

In order to protect our nature, we must integrate cities and residential areas more into nature. This begins with the use of natural materials, which are biodegradable and ensure a healthy climate in the buildings. When planning cities, we must give the same priority to the needs of plants and animals as of humans.

There should be no more walls and fences and a lot more green spaces and fewer asphalted roads. Small vehicles could be used to  drive on the earth and, if necessary,  drive people to the major roads, which ideally run underground. Also most of the individual vehicles to transport people and goods, could be replaced by collective transport vehicles such as high-speed trains.

Nature Care with Common Living Spaces

To safe our nature we need to integrate nature into cities and housing areas. This starts with using natural materials, which are biodegradable and bring a heathy climate in the house. When it comes to city planning, we have to allow nature, plants and animals to co-exist in their natural environment, which means to leave green spaces between houses without walls or fences.

To occupy less space and live according to our nature, we should have more common places like giant living rooms and kitchen, with all amenities, where little cozy private units or bungalows for individuals or families are attached to. They are surrounded by a common garden with ponds, pools and space for sports of all kinds. To share spaces and places helps, to minimize goods for household and garden. It also allows everyone to live in a luxury environment like a holiday resort.

These common spaces are surrounded by a huge garden or park for all with fancy ponds, pools and areas for all kinds of sport activities. This also helps to minimize the consumption of food or goods of any kind. It also allows everyone to live in a luxurious environment like in a holiday resort.
