Clean Eating also includes, to adjust the nutrition to the individual digestion power. This way, Clean Eating promotes overall health, well-being, and the prevention of various health issues.

Clean Eating is also about food items, dishes and drinks from ethical sources. With food, we eat the energy the way it has been produced and prepared, which should be always out of love. This means that the cultivation, harvesting, distribution and trade of food items should be ethical and fair. No being should be harmed, neither the producer nor the food itself. 

When it comes to animal products, we should the consume to a minimum and eat only for medical reasons. In general animals and plants should be treated gently. Their products should be taken in loving way, without any killing if possible.

Take care that the food items are produced in a sustainable way, without harming nature or being and unnecessary packaging.
Choose producers, who care for the farmers and the people, who prepared your food.
