Meditation for Beginners: What you need to know about Meditating
The main goal in the HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE is to stay in deep connection with the highest universal energy. With regular Meditation we can build and maintain this connection. There are various techniques for beginners, which work according to the same principles.
According to the UNIVERSAL WISDOM, which is the common knowledge of wisdom traditions like Yoga, Taoism, Sufism or Kabbalah, we connect with the highest energy through prayers, concentration or high vibration sounds, especially when it comes to Meditation for Beginners.
Meditation is Medicine
From a medical perspective, Meditation is like a medicine with the potential of miracle cure. Without medication or psychotherapy stress symptoms such as high blood pressure, migraine and depression disappear after a while. The metabolism gets a kick and digestion runs like a clockwork. You need less sleep and suddenly have an energy available, you never experienced before.
Most effective forms of Meditation in Yoga
Here we introduce you to the most effective forms of Mediation in Yoga, which is one of the Vedic sciences and is considered humanity’s oldest wisdom tradition. According to Yoga, the Vedas came from another Galaxy many millennia ago and resided in the area of ancient Persia and India.
The Vedas studied the laws of nature on earth as well as the people. They shared their knowledge and showed them very effective techniques, that we can use to connect with the universal energies, despite of our restless minds. They are very effective mental techniques that allow us to increase our consciousness and get absorbed into other dimensions, that give us superpowers. There are different traditions in Yoga that also use different Meditation techniques.
Here in our Magazine, we will introduce you to powerful techniques and most effective forms of Meditation in Yoga, like ACTIVE MEDITATION. You will see, the principles you will also find in Meditation forms from other wisdom traditions.
To get deep into Meditation sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Some people also meditate with their eyes open, it’s up to you. You shouldn’t eat anything solid for four hours before Meditation, but drinking water before is no problem.
Breathing Meditation
Breathing Meditation is used in many wisdom traditions as the Meditation for Beginners. Here you pay attention to your inhalation and exhalation with your eyes closed. Over time, your thoughts become lost and you find yourself in another world.
Mantra Meditation
Another very effective Meditation technique from Yoga is Mantra Meditation as a great form of Meditation for Beginners. Mantra means holy syllable or holy verse. They consist of a sequence of syllables with a high vibrational frequency with different effects. Mantras are consciously used for a specific goal.
In Meditation the Mantra is repeated in the form of a melodic chant loud or mentally, usually 108 times. There are also variants where the Mantra is chanted for up to 48 hours on auspicious days. The repetition of the syllables creates a high-vibrational energy field, in which thoughts have no place. Mental activities fade into the background, allowing to entry levels of higher consciousness.
In this high-vibrational energy field we also find the universal energies that are the source of our being, our life energies. They have energizing and healing effects which allow us to revitalize and heal ourselves at any moment.
What is important when repeating the Mantra is the sound and to emphasized the syllables in a special way, so that the desired vibration are generated. This needs to be learned. Otherwise just listen to a Mantra, which you choose yourself. You can also get your Mantra by an experienced Yoga teacher, who introduces you into Mantra Meditation.
Walking Meditation
If you can’t stay still during theMeditation, you can also do a Walking Meditation, which is the best Meditation for Beginners. It’s best to go for a walk to a quiet place in nature and listen to the Mantra with headphones, for example your cell phone. Or you chant a Mantra mentally. Sit down for sometimes, eyes closed. Extend these “sitting periods” until you are able to listen to the Mantra while sitting for at least 30 minutes.
ChakrA-Meditation
In the Chakra Meditation you connect with the seven energy centers in your body, the CHAKRAS. Here the life energy from the universe is channeled into your body and into every cell. Chakra meditation is incredibly energizing and also clears blockages caused by trauma that hinder the free flow of energy.
Find a guided chakra meditation for beginners on YouTube or another medium. This is the quickest way to learn where the individual chakras are located so that you can later carry out a chakra meditation on your own.

After a while you stay awake in Meditation.
