Live in the Here and Now, in the Now Moment

In various wisdom traditions, the present moment, “Now”, is viewed as the only time that exists. Most animals and enlightend beings are in the present only. They don’t think about the past and the future. Live in the here and now, in the Now Moment, where you are free from negative thoughts and feelings, in highest consciousness and in your full creative power – for a maximum fulfilled life.

Artists create their greatest works in the “Now”. Sages and scientists receive divine messages, brilliant ideas, inventions and solutions in thse lucid moments. In the Vedic teachings of Yoga, in Islam and the Sufis or in Judaism, this magical state of Now is also known as a moment of absolute bliss and experience of God, in which we experience a deep connection with universe, our highest energy source, also called God.

The “Now Moment” – the goal of Meditation

To experience the “Now Moment”, you have to get to the point, where your focus is exclusively on the the “highest”. This creates a pull, allow thoughts and feelings to fade into the background. In this moment, we are in the highest consciousness and experience the tremendous power and love and the infinity of the universe. Experiencing this moment and remaining in this state is the goal of Meditation in all wisdom traditions.

Anyone can achieve this state through regular deep Meditation and by aligning thoughts, feelings, actions and words with love in daily life. Unconditional love is the highest vibrational energy. It connects us directly to our highest energy source, the universe, and has the power to transform and dissolve negative thoughts and emotions into love energy.

Meditate for an hour every daily to experience the Now

Usually our mind is too busy with thoughts, feelings, images and plans, worries, needs and fears. The secret is to keep the focus on the “Now”, to become calm and energized. In the beginning you only experience seconds of the “Now Moment”, later you can stay in the present moment  as long as you want. For this, you should meditate for at least an hour per day – ideally in the early mornings, when the solar energies are high. Deep Meditation is the most effective way to experience the Now Moment and to calm the mind.

The “Now Moment” is a meditative state

To be in the Now moment is a meditative state. You experience an incredible vastness, a space in which everything is possible. You feel an overwhelming love for all beings and yourself. You understand and feel how deeply we are all connected to each other and the universe. You feel one with the stars and planets, with the animals and plants, with Mother Earth and humanity. You understand the “big picture” of all existence and the complexity of the universe. You feel, that you are part of the cosmic creation and feel eternity in your being.

In the “NOW moment” you are in your full power and perfection. You hear your thoughts and words, the  taste on your tongue and the smell of your surroundings. You feel your skin and see clearly. You feel your feelings and observe yourself and your actions without judging and without intervening. You feel that you are body, mind and soul in one. You even feel the energy in and around you, especially the vibration of unconditional love. You are.

Consciously connect with your higher self in the Now

In the now you are in a state of maximum clarity. The decisions you make from the Now are always right and for the highest good of all. In the Now you are connected and guided by your higher self. You feel your divinity and feel the strong connection to the heavenly beings and how they work through you. You are their eyes, ears, tongue, hands and heart. 

What you are thinking and feeling, is amplified by the divine forces. It will come into your reality much faster and larger than you could ever imagine, especially if you have clear goals and ideas for your life. In the “Now Moment” your Power of Manifestation is at its peak. Consciously connect with your higher self in the Now and create the life of your dreams.

Increase your vibration: focus on the Now and experience paradise on earth

According to Vedic teachings and UNIVERSAL WISDOM, there is neither time nor temporal linearity, but only the moment, the Now. Same time there are parallel realities, with different levels of energetical vibrations. In the highest timeline is the reality of enlightenment, where there is no matter, but only divine energy, light and love. In the regions of higher vibrations we find paradise on earth. As vibration decreases, less light and love is present and ensity and darkness (darkness) increase. 

The lowest vibrational reality is dominated by fear, anger, hatred, violence, frustration, and guilt and shame. You have the choice in which reality you want to swing. If your negative thoughts and feelings are taking over, you will be stuck on the dark side and in a reality with lower energy.

It depends entirely on you and your vibration, which timeline, which reality, you experience. The more love you carry in your heart, the higher your vibration, which enables you to live a fulfilled life with ease, joy and bliss. You can specifically increase your vibration by aligning yourself with the present moment and direct your thoughts, feelings, speech and actions towards love. There are many ancient texts with descriptions and techniques, to experience Now, such as as ancient Vedic, Egyptian, Tibetan or Jain manuscripts. There are also contemporary spiritual teachers like Eckhardt Tolle, who describes and emphasizes in his book “Now”, how important it is to be in the Here and Now and to let go of worries and the past and the future and to experience maximum love, joy, happiness and fulfillment in life.
