Our Ascension: Spiritual development for everyone
Humanity is changing. On one hand, there are more wars and misery. On the other hand, more and more people are waking up. They become more aware of themselves and their environment, become more critical and live a healthier life. We observe a spiritual development in humanity, that leads to higher consciousness and more love – up to enlightenment. You are one of the pioneers of achieving higher consciousness in this lifetime.
According to the great knowledge traditions such as the Vedas or the Mayas, the increase in consciousness or so called ascension process is accompanied by an increase in the vibrational frequency of the earth. This has cosmic reasons, which have to do with the alignment of the Earth with certain planets and the so-called central sun. The Earth is entering a high vibrational energy fields, which are creating new energy pattern on earth, which allows more light and love on the planet. A NEW EARTH is born.
This ascension started in the last few centuries. According to the motto “Learn from harm” humanity experienced a lot of violence and cruelty. This led to an enormous change in awareness and to the realization that violence and war is not the solution. It is LOVE, that brings freedom and peace, abundance, prosperity and health for all.
To support our own ascension and increase our consciousness, we only have to do one thing: think, feel, speak and act out of love. This also means being tolerant, having compassion and helping others to achieve higher states consciousness. Start with yourself and become the best version of yourself.
Ascension: Spiritual Development is about Love
We can learn to think, feel, act and speak with love. We are connected to all living beings in this universe. When we give love to one being, it reaches everyone else. We are One and with every thought, feeling, word and action of love, we create the love energy that prevents wars and violence around the world. Each of us is important, when it comes to increase love energy on earth. Our spiritual development also brings higher awareness of the true needs of Mother Earth and nature.
Ascension is about Selflove
Selflove is another important step to higher states of consciousness. This means treating our body and mind just as we do with our loved ones and pets – unconditionally, including our strong and weak points. All great wisdom traditions such as the Vedic Science, Yoga and Buddhism point out, that a person is only happy and fulfilled, if he/she knows and loves his/her true nature.
This also includes recognizing our own special abilities and talents, which each of us possess and which enable us to fulfill very specific tasks on earth, our destiny. In this sense, the realization of being a part of the whole and yet having a specific task is part of the ascension process.
Spiritual development creates higher consciousness
Spirituality always increases consciousness. We recognize, that our thoughts, feelings, words and actions have a strong impact on ourselves and others. We better understand, what is unconditional love and what is not love. A higher consciousness brings more mindfulness, but above sincere focus on unconditional love.
As our awareness increases, we can feel more, especially gratitude. We even feel what others are feeling, understand them better and develop compassion. Gratitude and compassion are the high-frequency precursors to the supreme energy of love, which in its powerful intensity, can dissolve any negativity and the most difficult situations. Love brings light and happiness to every corner of our lives.
You can speed up the process of expanding your consciousness by meditating for at least one to two hours every day, ideally in the morning. This way, you develop mindfulness very fast, which enable you to consciously correct your thinking and behavior towards love. Even if you only progress in small steps, enjoy your development. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Learn patience and understand that the universe will always guide you to your highest fulfillment.
Love is the solution
Your mission is love
There is a reason why we are here on earth. We are on a mission that serves Mother Earth, humanity and all living beings. Maybe you can’t see that (yet). Our task is to increase and distribute love energy, which we receive from the universe. By feeling it in out heart, we intensify it and then pass this strong energy on to others.
We generate most of our love, when we are unhappy, because it takes a lot of love energy to transform negative emotions such as hate, anger and despair into love. That’s why we experience a lot of unpleasant things in our lives until we realize, that the only way out of the misery is through love. This is spiritual development and part of the ascension process.
Stay in Love in difficult Situations
If you have too many conflicts with family and friends, there is only one way: Love. All ancient wisdom traditions teach us, that unconditional love is the key to resolve irresolvable conflicts, as it is the most powerful energy. Send love from a distance and from your heart to the people, you have difficulties with. But don’t have any expectations. What matters is that you behave correctly and stay in love.
