Exercises for your Spiritual Practice: Buddhas love exercise

Do you find it difficult to feel love? Then the Buddha exercise is just right for you. This is most effective for your Spiritual Practice.

  1. Think of someone you love very much and unconditional. This can be a dog or your deceased grandmother. Let your feelings of love run free.

  2. Now imagine that you are a child, sitting on a chair in your heart. You wait there for the love you didn’t get as a child. Sit with your inner child, take his/her hand.

  3. Channel the love you feel for others (see point 1) into your heart and pass it on to your inner child. It takes a little while, but after some time, you will feel unconditional love flowing from the universe into your heart. You also see your inner child grow until it is the same age as you and walks hand in hand with you through life.

This kind of exercises you will find in all wisdom traditions with different words. It is very popular in Yoga too.

Exercises for your Spiritual Practice: Cultivate Mindfulness

Everything has a vibration, including the words we speak and think. Words like enlightenment, heaven or beauty have a high positive vibration. According to the law of attraction this attracts the same and positive things in your life. It corresponds to the vibrations of love, which heals and makes everything possible. Words like restriction, war or hate on the other hand have a lower negative vibration and attract bad things. 

Be aware with your words and thoughts. Always correct them and talk and think only positive and about what you want to experience in this life. That is peace and harmony instead of war and hate. Practice mindfulness and watch your words and direct your speech towards love. This is Yoga.

Be mindful

Everything is energy. Even our deeds, words in speech and thoughts as well as our feelings. Whatever comes out of you, will be reinforced by the universe and will manifest. So don’t rate or validate a person, an object or a situation negative. At least stay neutral. If you talk or think negative about something your label will stick on it, which may be very unfavorable for you in future. 

For instance, you made bad experiences with the punctuality of the train. After a while you start hating it and go by bike or car only. One day your car is broken and you need to go by train. But the train has a problem too and don’t come (to you). Or you hate a certain country but afterwards need to stop over there to get to your destiny. 

Authorities might not allow you to enter this specific country. Act like Buddha who was a master in neutrality and diplomacy, because he understood that even negative situations have some benefit, which you might not understand in that moment. Be mindful – be neutral. This is Yoga.

Focus on Paradise on Earth

Since the first human beings appeared on earth, there has been the idea of a better place where everything is right. There is no evil there, the sun always shines and everyone loves each other. Indeed, there is this place, but it is within you. All of humanity’s great knowledge traditions describe the way. It is the path of unconditional love that takes you there. 

According to the Law of Attraction, your vibrations determines what you experience in your life. By aligning yourself towards love with your words and deeds, thoughts and feelings you will exactly attract that. Your reality then is the paradise on earth. In your Meditation and in your daily life focus regularly on Paradise on Earth, so this dream can come true fast for you and all of us. Together we create NEW EARTH.
