The Chakras – Our Divine Power System

Heavenly energy flows through our chakras, which we can amplify and direct to full power and perfect health.

The Chakras - Our Divine Powersystem

In the Vedic teachings of Yoga, seven Energy Centers, called Chakras, are described on the physical level. They are locate along the spinal cord and brain and are often depicted as wheels or lotus flowers. By the way, we also find these energy centers in other wisdom traditions like in Zen Buddhism, just with different names. This confirms, that there is a UNIVERSAL WISDOM that unites all traditions.

Every Chakra moves with its own speed and direction and is characterized by specific colors. The Chakras are the power centers of a subtle energy system, where our life energy from the universe, called Prana, flows to all cells in our body. The Prana Energy flows through a subtle channel system, the Nadis, throughout our body and also interconnect our chakras.

These Nadis arevisible for us, like our nerval system or invisible. The main energy pathways run along the spinal cord. The path in the middle is called Sushumna, Ida on the left and Pingala on the right. There are also many more smaller chakras, located at intersections of energy channels. Some are on the tongue, the palms of the hands or feet and on the eyes. You can be sure, that our cells, tissues and organs are well supplied with life energy. Other Chakras lie above our head over the crown chakra and connect us with the sun and the universe.

The Chakras - Storage of Emotions and Traumatas

Each of the Chakras has multiple layers, like a many-petaled lotus flower, where energies, feelings and abilities are stored as well. The Root Chakra provides power, strength, immunity and stability. The Sacral Chakra supplies the pelvic organs and is giving energy for reproduction, sexuality and creativity.

The Navel Chakra is responsible for our entire digestive system and the relationship between ourself and others. It gives us a certain gut feeling, when making decisions. The Heart Chakra supplies energy to the chest and is the seat of love. Our heart has over 20.000 Neurons, where love energy is amplified, when we feel love. The love in our hearts radiate all over the world. The Throat Chakra is responsible expression and is active in the throat area and thyroid gland.

The forehead chakra, also called third eye, receives cosmic signals and information and is connected to the brain glands, which control our feelings and physical functions. The Crown Chakra on top of our head absorbs the cosmic energies into the body and activates our brain functions as well. Our chakras store memories and experiences as well, many from our ancestors. These stored energies and emotions determine the shape and charisma of a person in their current life.

The flow of energy in the chakras can be blocked by trauma and negative experiences. This leads to stagnation and diseases in the affected areas of the body. Also the following Chakras are weakened, because they receive less energy, which also leads to diseases. When we work with the Chakras, we can dissolve these blockages and even heal karmic diseases.

Selfhealing with Chakrameditation

You can do a Chakra Meditation, in the form of an ACTIVE MEDITATION, where you activate your self-healing powers and free yourself from negative energies. It’s best to start with a guided Chakra Meditation on YouTube or another channel, which you do regularly in the morning.

After a while you will know, where the Chakras are located and meditate on your own. Go through each chakra, the surrounding cells and tissue one after the other with cleansing, healing white light. In the second round you go through the chakras again, one after the other, and send healing, energizing light to the energy centers, cells and tissues.

If you can’t imagine white light, just look into the flame of a candle five minutes before your Meditation. In classical Chakra Meditation you need not to see colors or breath in a special way, but you can. It is important, that you feel the power of the universal light and your Chakras over time.

The Seven Chakras in Zen-Buddhism

In Flow with Chakra Cleansing

Traumata and Chakra store negative emotions and traumatas. This causes blockages in the Chakras, which result in stagnation of energy and diseases in our body. Also the other Chakras are involved, because they receive less energy. Most traumatas and emotions are passed down from generation to generation. Every generation has the chance to dissolve them – with the help of cosmic energies. The main technique in Yoga is Chakra Cleansing. We can either do this ourselves as part of Chakra Meditation or with the help of healers, who are specialized in Chakra Cleansing.

The cleansing opens the Chakras, which many people experience as a color spectacle. A firework of colors, which do not exist in our reality, explodes in front of the inner eyes and appears in infinitely diverse shapes and levels, usually in the form of multi-petaled flowers or crazy circular patterns that represent the Chakras.

Chakra Meditation: Cleansing and Energizing

Chakra Meditation is about maintaining, restoring and amplifying the flow of energy. With this method we can easily dissolve negative emotions and traumas, so that the energy can flow freely again. We work with white-gold light and cleans, heal and energize the Chakras one after the other. You may start with the Root chakra or the Crown Chakra, whatever feels better for you. First bring the cleansing light into the chakras and then healing energizing light, either in the same or reverse order.

With the light, weak Chakras get back into higher vibration, which brings energy to our cells and tissues. Our entire body vibrates in higher frequency. This way and with time, we evolve into the high frequencies of the Great Masters and perform miracles like Jesus or Buddha. In the the beginning, it’s best to do guided Chakra Meditation from YouTube or any other source, which touches your heart. When you feel them and know exactly, where the Chakras are located, you can do your own Meditation according to your personal needs.

Awakening of the powerful Kundalini Energy

We carry the same creative power within us as the universe. In Yoga, this force is called Kundalini. It is represented in the form of a sleeping snake at the base of our spinal cord, which, when awakened, unfolds its tremendous creative potential.

Kundalini energy can be awakened through certain techniques such as intensive breathing and physical exercises. With the awakening of the Kundalini, incredible energy flows through our main nadis Sushumna, Ida and Pingala, from the Root Chakra up to the Forehead Chakra and the Crown Chakra.

You can use the powerful Kundalini energy to manifest good in the world and bring higher vibrations to the earth, which allow peace and harmony, freedom and health and prosperity for all beings.
